What to wear?
Make sure to wear a pair of good fitting running shoes. There are several excellent running stores around town that can fit your runner. Sometimes the most popular brands are not the best depending on your specific foot and lower leg characteristics. Running shoes should be changed out after 300 to 500 miles or 3 to 6 months depending on the brand and heat exposure. For meets the uniforms will be provided.
